Commercial Painting
Painted after hours, open on time
Revolve Construction paints commercial and multi-family properties across the St. Louis metro — offices, retail spaces, warehouses, apartment turns, and common areas. We already run commercial roofing projects for cities, schools, churches, and developers, so bid packages, insurance certificates, night schedules, and inspection coordination are routine.
Why homeowners and businesses trust Revolve
Scheduled around your operation
Nights, weekends, and phased areas so your tenants, customers, and staff keep working. Downtime costs more than paint does.
Bid-ready documentation
Line-item scopes, product submittals, COIs, and W-9s delivered the way property managers and GCs need them.
Coatings for commercial wear
Scrubbable institutional finishes, epoxy and urethane floor systems, and DTM coatings for steel — specified for the traffic each surface actually sees.

Painting Around an Operating Business
On a commercial project, the paint is rarely the hard part. The hard part is doing it without shutting down a suite, a storefront, a warehouse aisle, or a leasing office. Downtime almost always costs a property owner more than the coating does, which is why schedule flexibility is the first thing we build into a commercial bid.
Revolve Construction works nights, weekends, and phased areas. We section work zones, maintain egress and access, contain dust and odor, use low-VOC and low-odor systems in occupied spaces, and stage materials so corridors stay clear during business hours. For multi-tenant properties we coordinate notice to tenants ahead of each phase so nobody is surprised by a masked hallway on a Monday morning.
Coatings Specified for Commercial Wear
Commercial surfaces see abuse that residential finishes are not formulated for. Corridors get cart traffic. Restrooms get cleaned with chemicals daily. Warehouse block absorbs coating unevenly unless it is filled. Structural steel and railings need direct-to-metal systems that inhibit corrosion. Shop and warehouse floors need epoxy or urethane systems chosen for the actual traffic and chemical exposure, not the cheapest available.
We specify by surface and exposure: scrubbable institutional-grade acrylics in corridors and common areas, epoxy or urethane in wet and high-abrasion areas, block filler before topcoats on CMU, DTM coatings on steel, and elastomeric or mineral systems on exterior masonry and EIFS where breathability and crack bridging matter. Product submittals go in the bid package so the specifying architect or property manager can review them before award.
Bid Packages, Documentation, and Multi-Property Programs
Revolve Construction already delivers commercial roofing work for cities, school districts, churches, and developers across the St. Louis region. That means the documentation side of commercial work is routine here: line-item scopes broken by area, product submittals, certificates of insurance naming the required additional insureds, W-9s, lien waivers, prevailing wage documentation where applicable, and inspection coordination.
For property managers with a portfolio, we set up recurring programs — unit turn schedules for multi-family, standardized color and product specs across properties so touch-ups always match, and consistent per-unit or per-square-foot pricing so you can budget the year instead of re-bidding every job.
Send drawings, a scope, or just an address and we will walk it. Call (314) 400-8006 or email Sales@Revolve.Construction for a bid package.
