About Us

Revolve Construction is a full-service general contractor that specializes in roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior renovations for both residential and commercial properties . We began as a storm restoration company, meaning we have extensive expertise in repairing hail, wind, and storm damage. Our team handles everything from minor roof repairs to full roof replacements and complete exterior makeovers, all with in-house crews and a commitment to quality workmanship.

We’ve been proudly serving customers since 2008, when the company was first founded . With over 15 years in business, we’ve built a strong reputation for reliability and quality. Our experience means we’ve handled projects of all sizes and complexities over the years, continually refining our process to best serve our clients.

Revolve Construction was founded by Andrew D’Angelo in 2008. It actually started as a low-voltage electrical contracting business (formerly called “Reinvention”), and over time Andrew evolved it into a fullscale construction company . In the process, we rebranded as Revolve Construction and focused our expertise on roofing and exterior services. Today, we’re a leading roofing and exteriors firm with over 20 full-time employees and certifications in more than 50 different roofing and exterior product systems . Our growth from a small electrical company to a comprehensive construction firm speaks to our adaptability and commitment to meeting our clients’ needs.

Yes – we are fully licensed and insured to operate in our service areas. Revolve Construction holds licensing in multiple states (including Missouri and Illinois) for roofing and general contracting . We carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage to protect our customers and crews. When you hire us, you can have peace of mind knowing we meet all legal and safety requirements for the work we do.

No. One thing that sets us apart is that we have full in-house crews for all our core services . Our own trained employees handle the roofing, siding, gutters, and related work, rather than farming jobs out to subcontractors. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure every project meets our high standards. (On the rare occasion a specialty license is required – for example, an electrical hookup or HVAC work – we might partner with a trusted specialist, but all primary exterior work is done by our in-house team.)

We pride ourselves on a combination of expertise, customer service, and accountability that’s hard to find elsewhere. Here’s what you can expect when working with Revolve Construction:

  • Clear communication at every stage: We keep you informed from initial inspection to final walkthrough, so you’re never left in the dark.
  • One point of contact: You’ll have a dedicated project manager from start to finish, making the process simple and personalized.
  • Insurance claim expertise: We are experts in navigating insurance claims and will work directly with your insurance company on your behalf. Our team even includes public adjusters and damage appraisers—at no cost to you.
  • In-house crews & quality workmanship: Our own trusted crews (no subs) perform the work, ensuring consistent, high-quality results. We also use premium materials and are certified in over 50 roofing/exterior systems for top-tier installations.
  • Code-compliant, warrantied work: All work is done to meet or exceed building code requirements (we even advocate to have code-required upgrades covered by insurance). Upon completion, we provide robust warranties for both materials and workmanship, giving you long-term peace of mind.
  • Responsive, neighborly service: Our team is friendly and approachable—we treat our customers like neighbors and strive to be as accommodating and helpful as possible throughout the project.

In short, we combine the capabilities of a large contractor with the personal touch of a local family business. Our focus is on doing the job right the first time and making the experience stress-free for you.

Revolve Construction has completed projects ranging from residential homes to large municipal and commercial jobs. A few notable examples include:

  • Jefferson Barracks Historic Roof Restoration:
A major roof restoration project at Jefferson Barracks, a historic site, showcasing our ability to handle specialized and significant jobs.
  • Clayton Recreation Center (Aquatic Center) Roofing:
We repaired and restored the roof of the Clayton Rec Center’s aquatics facility, demonstrating our expertise in commercial and public buildings.
  • Municipal and Public Projects:
We’ve been trusted by entities like the City of Clayton and St. Louis County Parks for various roofing and exterior projects. These high-profile clients chose us for our quality and professionalism.
  • Emergency Storm Response:
After major weather events—such as the March 14 hailstorm and a May tornado in the St. Louis area—we have been on the front lines helping communities with emergency tarping and quick repairs. Our immediate mobilization in areas like Central West End, Forest Park, and Clayton reflects our commitment to our community.

These examples illustrate the breadth of our experience—from restoring historical structures to helping local communities recover from storm damage. No matter the size or complexity of the project, we bring the same level of dedication and expertise.

We stand behind our work with strong warranties. For roofing, siding, and other installations, you will receive the manufacturer’s warranty on all products we use (for example, many architectural shingles come with 30-year to lifetime material warranties). In addition, Revolve Construction provides a workmanship warranty on our labor – this means if any issue arises due to our installation, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. The length of our workmanship warranty may vary by project, but it is typically a solid multi-year warranty (and in some cases up to 5–10 years for roof replacements). We’ll provide you with all warranty details in writing at project completion, along with a maintenance guide and final documentation. Our goal is to ensure you’re not just satisfied at completion, but for many years to come.

Absolutely. We’re proud of our 5-star reputation. In fact, Revolve Construction has a 5.0 average rating online, with 125+ customer reviews attesting to our quality and service . You can find testimonials on our website’s Testimonials page, as well as reviews on third-party sites like Google and the Better Business Bureau. We’re also BBB Accredited and “A+” rated. We encourage prospective customers to check out what others have said – common praise points are our professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to exceed expectations . If you’d like specific references, we can also provide contact information for past clients who have agreed to serve as references.

Yes, we do offer financing options. We understand that a new roof or large repair can be an unexpected expense, so we’ve partnered to provide financing solutions for our customers. We have a “Financing Available” program – you can discuss financing during the estimate process, and we’ll walk you through application steps. This can allow you to get the work done now and pay over time with approved credit. Whether you need to finance your insurance deductible or an out-of-pocket project, we’ll try to find a payment plan that fits your budget.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM . During these hours, you can reach our team by phone or in person at our headquarters. We are closed for standard business on weekends, but we are available for emergencies 24/7. Storms and roof leaks don’t follow a schedule, so neither do we – if you have an emergency like active leaking or storm damage outside of normal hours, you can call us anytime. We’ll respond as quickly as possible to mitigate damage (through tarping, board-up, etc.) and then schedule permanent repairs.

Our headquarters is located at 7601 River Walk Ct, St. Louis, MO 63129 . This is in south St. Louis County. We don’t have multiple branches – we centrally operate from this St. Louis location and dispatch our teams to the various communities we serve in Missouri and Illinois. If you need to visit our office, please call to schedule an appointment, since our team is often in the field serving customers.

Our Services

We provide comprehensive roofing services, including roof replacements, new roof installations, and roof repairs for all kinds of roofs. Our expertise covers asphalt shingle roofs, flat roofs, metal roofs, tile and slate roofs, and even modern synthetic roofing systems. Whether your roof needs a small leak patched or a full tear-off and replacement, our in-house roofing crews can handle it. We work on both residential  homes and commercial buildings (like offices, multi-family complexes, and warehouses). In short, if it involves a roof, we’ve got you covered.

Yes. Flat roofing is one of our specialties . We install and repair flat roof systems including TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) single-ply membranes, modified bitumen roofing, EPDM rubber roofs, and other commercial-grade flat roof systems. We’ve done projects tearing off old flat roofs (sometimes with multiple old layers) and installing new, energy-efficient flat roofing that is fully sealed and watertight. For example, we often use GAF TPO membrane systems with proper insulation (polyiso boards) and secure fastening . Our team will ensure the flat roof has proper drainage, insulation, and meets building codes. Whether it’s a retail building, an apartment, or a residential flat porch or addition, we can take care of it.

Absolutely. Asphalt shingle roofing is the most common type of roofing for homes, and we are experts in shingle roof replacement and repair. We install architectural (dimensional) shingles as our standard, which offer great durability and a wide range of colors/styles. We work with top shingle brands like GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed , so you have access to high-quality materials. Our shingle installations include a complete system: we inspect/replace the plywood decking as needed, put down ice and water shield and synthetic underlayment, install proper flashings, and add ridge vents for ventilation. The result is a roof that is not only beautiful but also built to last decades with a solid warranty. If you have missing or damaged shingles and the rest of the roof is in good shape, we can also do localized repairs to extend the life of your roof.

Yes, we do. We have experience with specialty roofing materials, including natural slate and clay tile roofs, as well as premium synthetic roofing systems like Brava and DaVinci. These luxury products replicate the look of slate, cedar shake, or Spanish tile but with much less weight and maintenance. In fact, we are able to install ultra-high-end composite roof systems from Brava and DaVinci that give you the timeless beauty of slate or cedar without the drawbacks . Whether you’re interested in genuine slate/tile or a composite equivalent, our team knows how to properly install them so that they perform for the long term. We love working on distinctive projects that call for these upscale materials – the curb appeal is incredible and they often come with 50+ year lifespans.

Yes, we install and repair metal roofs as well. Our metal roofing services include popular profiles like standing seam metal roofs (which have hidden fasteners and sleek vertical seams) and exposed-fastener metal panels (like classic rib panels) . Metal roofing is an excellent long-term option – it’s extremely durable (often lasting 40-70 years), sheds water and snow easily, and resists fire and high winds. We ensure proper installation with the right underlayment, fasteners, and flashing details because metal can expand/ contract with temperature. Whether you want to upgrade a house to a modern metal roof or need a metal roof on a commercial building or barn, our team can get it done. We also handle smaller metal work, like metal porch roofs or accent roofs over bay windows.

Yes, siding is a major part of our exterior services. We install and replace all kinds of siding on homes and buildings. This includes vinyl siding, fiber-cement siding (like James Hardie products), engineered wood siding, and even classic wood siding if a repair calls for it. Our siding services cover everything from  fixing a small area of storm-damaged siding to completely re-siding an entire house for a fresh new look. We ensure proper weatherproofing under the siding (house wrap, moisture barriers) and pay attention to details like trim and caulking, so the result is both attractive and weather-tight. New siding not only improves curb appeal but also can increase energy efficiency and reduce maintenance. We’d be happy to show you samples and options to find the perfect siding for your home.

Absolutely. We are experienced with James Hardie fiber-cement siding products and often recommend them for homeowners seeking a durable, low-maintenance siding with a premium look. Fiber cement siding (like HardiePlank lap siding) is known for its resistance to fire, rot, and insects, and it holds paint color extremely well. We have the proper tools and know-how to cut and install fiber cement siding safely and accurately. Whether you want the classic HardiePlank lap siding or Hardie shingle/shake panels, our team can install it according to James Hardie’s specifications. The result is a beautiful exterior that can last for decades. We’re also familiar with Hardie’s ColorPlus pre-finished siding lines if you prefer a factory finish. If you’ve got a James Hardie project in mind, you’re in good hands with us.

Yes, we do full gutter and downspout installation and replacement. Properly functioning gutters are crucial to managing water around your home, so we often pair gutter work with roofing or siding projects. We install seamless aluminum gutters which are custom-fabricated on site to the lengths of your roof – this means no seams except at corners, reducing the chance of leaks. Common sizes we install are 5-inch and 6-inch gutters, depending on the roof size and rainfall needs. We also ensure the gutters are pitched correctly to downspouts to avoid standing water. Downspouts are installed and directed away from the foundation (we can tie them into existing drain pipes if present). In addition to replacements, we can repair damaged gutter sections, add additional downspouts, or adjust your gutter system if it’s not performing. After we’re done, rainwater will be safely channeled off your roof and away from your home.

Yes, upon request we can install gutter guards (also known as leaf protection systems) on your gutters. We work with several types of gutter guard products – from mesh screens to surface-tension covers – depending on your budget and gutter style. Adding gutter guards can be a great low-maintenance solution if your home is surrounded by trees. We typically install aluminum or stainless steel mesh guards that fit into your seamless gutters and block debris while allowing water to flow through. We can discuss the options during the gutter evaluation. While no gutter guard is 100% maintenance-free, the products we offer greatly reduce the need to clean out gutters and help prevent clogs and overflows. It’s an excellent add-on to consider when getting new gutters.

Yes, we handle soffit and fascia repairs and replacements as part of our exterior services. The soffit (the underside of your roof overhang/eaves) and fascia (the horizontal band where gutters typically attach) are important both for aesthetics and for ventilation of your attic. We can replace rotted or damaged wood fascia boards with new wood or low-maintenance metal-wrapped fascia. We also install vented aluminum or vinyl soffit panels to ensure proper attic ventilation and a clean finish along the eaves. If animals or water have damaged your soffit/fascia, or if you’re updating your siding and want the trim to match, we’ll take care of it. Our team will make sure the new soffit and fascia integrate correctly with your gutters and roof, protecting your home and looking great.

Underdecking is a system installed underneath an elevated deck to create a dry, usable space below. Essentially, it’s a ceiling system for the underside of your deck. We do offer underdecking installation. The system typically includes panels or interlocking gutters that catch rainwater that falls between the deck boards and channel it away, so the area underneath stays dry even during rain. This is perfect if you have a walkout basement or patio beneath a deck and you want to use that space without getting dripped on. Our underdecking installations are custom-fit to your deck and often include finished soffit-like panels (in various colors) to also improve the look of the underside of the deck. We also incorporate lighting or fans into the underdecking if you desire. So if you’d like to create an underdeck patio or storage area that stays dry, we can certainly help with that.

Yes, we can address insulation needs in conjunction with your roofing or exterior project. Proper attic insulation and ventilation go hand-in-hand with a healthy roof. If during our inspection we find that your attic insulation is lacking (which can lead to energy loss and potential moisture problems), we will recommend adding insulation. We commonly install blown-in fiberglass insulation in attics to increase Rvalue. We also ensure that attic vents are not blocked and that any insulation upgrades or ventilation upgrades needed by code are handled – for instance, if your roof decking didn’t previously have ventilation openings or if code requires a certain R-value of insulation for an insurance job, we make sure to include that . So, yes, we can top up your attic insulation or even install foam board insulation on exterior walls if it’s part of a residing project. Just let us know your concerns, and we’ll incorporate insulation solutions as needed to make your home more energy-efficient.

We do offer window replacement services (and entry door replacement) as part of our exterior renovation capabilities. If you have old, drafty windows or a storm-damaged window, we can install new energy-efficient windows for you. We handle common styles like double-hung, casement, sliding windows, etc. We’ll ensure proper flashing and sealing around the new windows to prevent leaks. Likewise, for exterior doors – whether it’s a front entry door, patio sliding door, or French doors – we can replace those and ensure they’re properly installed and sealed. Many of our customers take advantage of this when doing a larger project (for example, combining a siding update with new windows and doors for a complete facelift). We use quality window brands and can get custom sizes if needed. Our team will make sure the new windows/doors look great and improve your home’s comfort and security.

Yes, we have the capability to do masonry and brickwork repairs as needed. This can include tasks like tuckpointing (replacing mortar between bricks) on chimneys or walls, replacing damaged bricks, or small stonework projects. For example, if your chimney has cracked mortar joints or spalling bricks as a result of hail or age, we can repair that during a roof project. We also repair and rebuild brick mailbox pillars, porch columns, or brick steps that might be crumbling. Additionally, we can lay new concrete or brick pavers for small projects like stoops or walkways if it’s part of the overall job. While we’re not a full-scale masonry contractor for large new builds, we can definitely handle the common masonry repairs that go along with exterior renovations. Our team includes skilled craftsmen familiar with mortar and brick techniques, so we’ll make sure any new mortar or bricks match as closely as possible for a seamless look.

We can handle certain concrete projects, especially as part of a larger scope of work. Our services in this area typically include pouring new concrete for driveways, sidewalks, or patios, and making repairs to existing concrete that’s cracked or uneven. For instance, if a heavy construction equipment cracked a portion of your driveway during storm debris cleanup, we could replace that slab of concrete. Or if you want a new concrete patio out back, we can form and pour one with proper reinforcement and finishing. We also do concrete work related to foundation repairs or extensions, like pouring small footing pads or repairing garage floors. All that said, for very large-scale concrete-only projects, we may recommend a dedicated concrete specialist. But in most cases, yes – we have the capability to do standard residential concrete work and we ensure it’s done to the proper thickness and strength for long-term durability.

We do provide welding and light metal fabrication services when needed for structural repairs or custom exterior features. For example, if a steel lintel (the support above a garage door or window in a brick wall) is rusted out, we can fabricate and weld in a new one. We also handle welding for steel support posts or beams if we’re doing structural stabilization in a basement or crawlspace (like installing steel beams or brackets to reinforce a structure). Another example is custom metalwork for railings, stairs, or frames – we have the capability to cut and weld metal components to fit the project’s needs. Our welding services are typically part of a larger project (not standalone welding jobs), but it’s a valuable skill set we bring to ensure we can fix things properly rather than relying on a separate welder. With our equipment and certified welders, we can address issues that involve metalwork, whether it’s on the roof, the porch, or the structural frame of the house.

Structural stabilization refers to the process of reinforcing and strengthening parts of a building’s structure to address issues like settling, shifting, or damage. Yes, we handle structural stabilization when needed. This can include shoring up sagging roof structures, reinforcing floor joists or beams, or bracing wall structures that have moved. For example, after a severe storm or if a tree falls on a house, the framing might need stabilization – we would install temporary supports, then repair or rebuild the damaged structure (such as replacing broken rafters or wall studs). In basements or crawl spaces, if we encounter a cracked support beam or sinking columns, we can install new steel beams or adjustable columns (“jack posts”) to stabilize the structure. Essentially, we have the expertise to assess the structural integrity of your home and perform the necessary remediation. If an engineer’s report is needed (for instance, to specify a repair for a foundation wall), we’ll work with engineers and then execute the plan, including any required welding or concrete work. Your home’s structural safety is a top priority, and we won’t leave an issue unaddressed if we find it.

Yes. We are capable of performing major roof structure work, including repairing or replacing broken trusses, rafters, and other framing components. If a storm has cracked some of your roof trusses or if a section of your roof deck is sagging due to structural issues, we will open it up and fix the underlying structure. We can fabricate and install new truss segments or sister new lumber alongside damaged rafters to restore strength. In cases of extensive damage, we can even do a complete roof restructuring – essentially rebuilding the roof’s skeletal framework before re-roofing. Additionally, if you are looking to redesign your roof (for example, changing a flat roof to a pitched roof, or adding dormers), we have the construction expertise to take that on as well. We’d work with an engineer or architect to plan the new design and then our crew would construct the new framing accordingly. It’s not a common request, but  we’re definitely able to handle it. Our background as a general contractor means we’re not limited to surface-level repairs; we can go deeper and solve structural issues properly.

While our primary focus is on exterior work, we do handle interior repairs when they are related to a project or insurance claim. For instance, if your roof leaked and caused drywall damage on your ceiling, or if a storm broke a window and caused interior floor damage, we will take care of those interior repairs as part of the restoration process. This might include replacing drywall, painting, installing new flooring, or fixing trim work that was damaged. We want to make you whole again after a disaster, so we won’t leave you with half-finished interiors – we either perform the work ourselves or coordinate it with trusted subcontractors when specialized trades are needed. In addition to storm damage restoration, we have experience with general remodeling (our company originally did full construction work, and we have done projects like kitchen remodels and office build-outs in the past ). That said, we currently emphasize roofing and exteriors, so for standalone interior renovation projects (unrelated to exterior work), we may refer you to one of our partner specialists. But if it’s part of a larger job, yes – we can handle interior scopes to ensure you have a seamless, one-contractor experience.

Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency response services for storm damage situations. If your home is hit by a storm and you have an urgent issue – like a tree fell on your roof, or there’s a leak pouring in water – you can call us anytime. Our emergency services include quick tarping of damaged roofs to keep water out, boarding up broken windows or holes, and initial structural assessments to ensure your home is safe . We act fast to prevent further damage. Once the immediate emergency is handled, we then work with you on the permanent repairs and the insurance claim process. We take pride in helping our community during storm crises – for example, we mobilized immediately after local hailstorms and tornadoes to assist homeowners in need . Keep our number handy; we’re here to help when you need it most, day or night.

Yes, we are equipped to handle commercial roofing and exterior projects as well as multi-family properties. We have a dedicated commercial roofing division experienced in materials like TPO, EPDM, and commercial-grade metal roofing . We’ve done large-scale roof replacements for facilities such as community centers and apartment complexes. We also handle siding, gutters, and exterior rehab for multiunit buildings and commercial structures. Our team understands the additional coordination often needed for commercial jobs – such as working around tenants or business hours, adhering to stricter code inspections, and possibly coordinating with property management. We are fully insured to meet commercial requirements and have the manpower and equipment (like lifts and scaffolding) for bigger projects. If you’re a property manager or business owner, we’d be happy to provide a proposal for your project. Revolve Construction brings the same quality and attention to detail to our commercial projects as we do for homes.

Insurance Process

Yes, absolutely – guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process is one of our core specialties . We often call ourselves insurance restoration experts, because we not only fix the damage but also help you navigate your insurance claim from start to finish. This means if your home has  damage from hail, wind, a tornado, fire, or water leak (typically events covered by homeowners insurance), we will assist in every step: inspecting for damage, helping you file the claim, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and making sure the insurance company covers all necessary repairs. Our goal is to be your advocate and take the headache out of the claim process so your property is fully restored with as little stress to you as possible.

The first step is to schedule a free inspection with us. If you think you might have hail damage, wind damage, or any storm-related issues, give us a call and we’ll send out a Revolve Construction insurance specialist to take a look – at no cost to you. During this on-site inspection, we thoroughly check your roof, siding, gutters, and other exterior areas for signs of damage (missing shingles, dents from hail, torn siding, etc.). We may also inspect your attic or interior ceilings for leaks if relevant. If we find significant damage and it appears to be from a recent storm, we’ll advise you to file an insurance claim. If we do not find damage, we’ll be honest about it and provide you with a report for your records. There’s no obligation – the inspection is to give you peace of mind and the information you need to decide on next steps.

Filing a claim is usually done by calling your insurance company’s claims department or using their online claim portal – and yes, we will guide you through it or even help initiate the claim while we’re with you. Once we’ve identified covered damage and you decide to proceed, we can help you contact your insurer to report the claim. We make sure you have all the necessary details (date of loss, type of damage, etc.) to provide. After the claim is filed, your insurance company will assign a claim number and a claims adjuster to handle your case. We’ll take note of that information because we’ll be coordinating with the adjuster too. Essentially, you’re not alone in the claims process – we’ve been through it hundreds of times and will help make it as smooth as possible.

After you file a claim, the insurance company will schedule a date for their adjuster to inspect the damage. When that happens, we meet the insurance adjuster on site at your property. This is a critical step: our experienced team will walk through the entire exterior with the adjuster, pointing out all the damage we documented. We make sure nothing is overlooked – if hail damage is subtle in some areas or if there’s related damage (like to AC units, fences, etc.), we’ll ensure the adjuster sees it. We also take photographs and notes during this meeting. You, as the homeowner, are welcome to be there too (it’s your property, after all), but if you can’t be present, rest assured we’ll handle it. The goal is to have a collaborative discussion with the adjuster so that they agree on the full scope of repairs needed. By meeting them faceto-face, we advocate on your behalf in real time. Most adjusters appreciate when a contractor is there to assist – it helps expedite the claim.

You do not need to be present if you’re busy or uncomfortable getting on the roof – we will handle the adjuster meeting for you. Many homeowners prefer to let us take the lead since we speak the same technical language as the adjuster and know what damage indicators to point out. Of course, you’re absolutely allowed to be there and we’re happy for you to observe if you want. But if you can’t take off work or would rather avoid the stress, that’s fine – we’ll coordinate directly with the adjuster. After the meeting, we’ll brief you fully on what was found and discuss the next steps.

The scope of work (sometimes just called the insurance estimate) is the itemized list of damages and repair costs that the insurance adjuster writes up after their inspection. In other words, it’s the insurance company’s assessment of what needs fixing and how much they will pay for each item. Once the adjuster agrees damage is covered, they create this initial scope. We make sure to get a copy of that scope of loss. Then we review it with you line by line. We check if anything is missing or if any of the measurements/ prices seem incorrect. For example, if they forgot to include a gutter that was damaged, or if building code requires an ice shield but it’s not listed, we note that. This initial scope is not always final – if we find omissions, we’ll go back to the insurance company with supplements (additional items or corrections).

It’s quite common for initial insurance scopes to miss some items. Don’t worry – if something is missing or not adequate, we will submit a supplement to have it added or corrected. A supplement is basically our formal request to the insurance company to adjust their estimate. We’ll provide documentation (photos, code citations, manufacturer specs) to justify why that item should be covered. For instance, insurance might pay for the roof shingles but forget the chimney flashing; we’ll file a supplement to get that included. We handle all these communications directly with the insurer so you don’t have to. Ultimately, we aim to ensure the full scope of work is approved and funded by insurance, so that your home is restored completely and correctly.

Typically, you would sign a work contract with us after the insurance scope of work is agreed upon with the adjuster and after we’ve discussed any project details/upgrades with you. We want to make sure we’re all on the same page about what work will be done and that the funding is in place. Our contract will outline the exact work to be completed (per the approved insurance scope plus any additional items you want), the timeline, and the payment terms (essentially how the insurance payments and your deductible are handled). If the insurance process is dragging or you need emergency repairs, sometimes we’ll have you sign an emergency services agreement or an authorization just so we can start initial work (like tarping or dry-out) immediately. But for the main repair contract, we wait until we have a clear scope and approval. Once you review and sign the contract, we’re ready to move forward with scheduling the work and ordering materials.

We take care of all of that. After the contract is signed, Revolve Construction will obtain any necessary building permits from your city or county. We’re familiar with the local municipalities and their permit processes, so we’ll handle the paperwork and fees associated with permits for roofing, construction, etc. We also handle all the scheduling – we’ll coordinate the material deliveries (shingles, dumpsters, etc.) and schedule our crew to perform the work on a date that’s communicated to you in advance. You’ll be given a start date and an approximate timeline for completion. If there are multiple phases (for example, roof first, then siding), we’ll outline that. A dedicated project manager from our team will oversee the schedule and keep you updated. Our goal is to make the process turnkey for you – once the claim is approved and contract signed, you can sit back while we take it from there.

The timeline can vary depending on the scope of work, but we’ll give you an estimate before we start. As a general guide: an average roof replacement (for a typical single-family home) usually takes 1 to 2 days of on-site work. If it’s a large house or a complex roof with multiple layers to tear off, it might extend to 3-4 days. Siding projects might take a bit longer, say a few days to a week for a full house residing, depending on the size of the crew and weather. Gutter installations are often done in a day (often coordinated right after the roof is completed). For multi-trade projects (roof + siding + windows, for example), we might schedule about 1-2 weeks to get everything done in sequence. Commercial or flat roof projects can vary more widely based on size (a large flat roof could take a week or more). We strive to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Weather can cause some delays – if rain is forecasted, we may adjust the schedule to ensure we’re not opening your roof in bad weather. Rest assured, we won’t rush unnecessarily; we’ll take the time needed to do the job right, but we also don’t want to inconvenience you longer than necessary. Your project manager will keep you informed of the schedule and any adjustments.

We do our best to minimize disruption to your daily life. Roofing and siding work is, by nature, noisy and active, but we take precautions to make it as smooth as possible. Our crew will arrive in the morning (usually pretty early around 7:00-8:00 AM) and get to work. We lay down tarps to protect your landscaping and collect debris. If it’s a roof job, you’ll hear banging from nail removal and installation – it can be loud, so we often suggest that pets or family members who are sensitive to noise be situated accordingly for the day. For siding, you’ll hear some hammering and saw noise. We keep the job site as tidy as we can; debris is continually cleaned up and put in a dumpster. At the end of each work day, we make sure the site is secure – for roofing, that means we won’t leave your roof exposed overnight (we only tear off what we can re-cover the same day, or we’ll dry-in the roof with underlayment if it’s going to carry into a second day). We also use magnetic sweepers to pick up nails in the yard and driveway. If you have any special concerns (like needing driveway access at certain times, or a family member working from home), let us know and we’ll coordinate around it. Communication is key – our on-site supervisor will be available if you have questions during construction. By the time we finish, we aim for your property to be clean and your home looking beautiful, with you barely aware we were there except for the great results.

Insurance claims for property damage are typically paid out in at least two parts. Initially, after the claim is approved, the insurance will issue an ACV payment (Actual Cash Value) which is basically the depreciated value of the damages. Then, after the work is completed and invoiced, they issue the depreciation (the remaining amount) to reach the full RCV (Replacement Cost Value) that they owe. Here’s how it works with us: When the first insurance check comes (often it might be made out to you and your mortgage company – we can help you with getting that endorsed by the bank if needed), that amount is usually used to get the project started (ordering materials, etc.). We typically ask that you pay over the insurance funds to us as the work commences, and you’ll pay your deductible as well – usually by the time the work is completed or as specified in our contract. Once the work is done, we send a completion invoice to your insurance company for any remaining balance (supplements and depreciation). The insurance then releases the remaining funds to you, and you arrange payment of that to us. In summary: you pay your deductible directly to us, and the insurance funds pass through you to us in whichever installments they come (initial and final). We handle the paperwork and communication with the insurer to make sure those payments are released. It might sound complicated, but we will walk you through it so it makes sense.

RCV (Replacement Cost Value) is the total cost to repair or replace the damaged item with a new one of like kind/quality. ACV (Actual Cash Value) is the value of that item after depreciation. Depreciation is basically the reduction in value due to age or wear. Insurance initially often pays you only the ACV – so if your 15-year-old roof is damaged, they calculate the cost of a new roof (RCV) and then subtract 15 years worth of “used life” to arrive at ACV. They pay ACV first. Once you actually replace the roof and incur the cost of the replacement, most policies will pay the withheld depreciation so you get the full RCV amount, minus your deductible. For example, say a new roof costs $10,000 (RCV), and depreciation for age is $3,000, then ACV is $7,000. The insurance might cut an initial check for $7,000 (ACV minus your deductible perhaps). After you complete the work and show it cost $10,000, they release the $3,000 depreciation. If your deductible was $1,000, you end up with $9,000 from insurance and you pay $1,000 = $10,000 total. We make sure you recover the full RCV you’re entitled to by submitting proper completion documentation. If any of that is confusing, we will clarify it with your specific numbers during your claim – the key is we don’t want you leaving money on the table or misunderstanding what you owe. We handle the supplementing and invoicing to maximize what insurance pays (within your policy limits, of course).

Yes. By law and by your insurance policy terms, you as the homeowner are responsible for your insurance deductible. The deductible is the portion of the claim that you agreed to pay out-of-pocket when you purchased your policy. We know it can be tempting when another contractor claims they can “cover your deductible,” but be careful – that practice is often considered insurance fraud. Revolve Construction will never ask an insurance company to pay for your deductible or engage in any dishonest billing to offset it. Instead, we make sure that the scope of work is fully funded by insurance minus that deductible. So essentially, the insurance pays their part, and you pay the deductible amount to us. The good news is, aside from the deductible, in most cases you shouldn’t have additional out-of-pocket costs for covered damages (unless you decide to upgrade materials or add work beyond what insurance covers). We’ll make the process transparent so you know exactly what your deductible is and when it needs to be paid.

If a contractor is offering to waive or absorb your deductible, it’s a red flag. It usually means they intend to pad the invoice to your insurance to make up that difference, which is not only unethical but also illegal in many states. We operate with integrity and within the law. Your insurance contract requires you to pay the deductible – any contractor who tries to bypass that is effectively committing fraud. We want to protect you from any potential legal or insurance issues down the line. Furthermore, a reputable contractor pricing the job correctly can’t give away $1,000 or more of work for free without cutting corners somewhere. Our approach is honest: we do high-quality work for the price the insurance has agreed to, plus your deductible. No gimmicks, just straight dealing. We’ll even help you with financing options if covering the deductible upfront is a challenge, but we won’t falsify invoices. In the long run, our transparency ensures you get the best quality and no surprises.

If your insurance company outright denies the claim or refuses to cover certain damages that we believe should be covered, we will advocate for you. First, we’ll review the adjuster’s findings and your policy to understand the reason. If we strongly disagree, we can request a re-inspection or a second opinion from the insurance carrier. We’ll provide additional evidence – for instance, photos, weather reports, or building code requirements – to make the case that the damage is storm-related and should be paid. Sometimes, involving a manager or more senior adjuster in the discussion can lead to a reversal of a denial. If after further negotiations the insurance still won’t budge and we firmly believe you have a valid claim, we may recommend you engage a public adjuster or an attorney (we have trusted partners we can refer) as a next step. But we handle what we can at our level first. Bottom line: we won’t take “no” for an answer from an insurer if we have evidence your property was damaged by a covered event – we’ll continue to fight for a fair outcome.

Requesting a reinspection means asking the insurance company to send out another adjuster (or the same one again) to take a second look at the damage. This usually happens if there’s a disagreement about the initial findings. For example, if the first adjuster said “minimal damage, not enough to replace the roof,” and we have documentation that there is widespread hail damage that was overlooked, we’ll request a reinspection. During a reinspection, we will again meet the insurance’s representative at your property, often accompanied by a supplemental report detailing what was missed. Our goal is to show the evidence clearly – maybe the lighting or weather was poor during the first inspection, or they didn’t get on all sections of the roof. A reinspection is essentially a second chance to get everyone on the same page. It’s an important tool and often results in additional items being approved once they’re pointed out. We handle arranging and scheduling the reinspection with your insurance, so you just need to let us take up the mantle if it comes to that.

This is a great question, and it’s not uncommon. Once we start a project, sometimes we find hidden damage – for instance, rotten roof decking under shingles, or sub-surface hail cracks in a skylight, or perhaps AC unit fins damaged by hail that weren’t noted. If we encounter any new damage that should be covered, we immediately document it with photos and then file a supplemental claim with your insurance. Essentially, we go back to the insurance company and say, “During repairs, we found XYZ issues that also need to be addressed.” Insurance companies expect this in restoration jobs; they understand that not everything can be seen until work is underway (this is often called “hidden damage” or “supplemental damage”). We will not proceed with additional work that incurs cost without ensuring it’s approved (or discussing it with you if it’s something minor you just want fixed). If it’s covered, the insurance will issue additional funds to pay for it. Our priority is to restore your home fully, not just do the bare minimum, so we’ll make sure even the unforeseen problems are taken care of the right way.

A public adjuster (PA) is a licensed insurance claims specialist who works for you, the policyholder, rather than for the insurance company. Their job is to represent your interests and negotiate with your insurer to maximize your claim payout. You might consider hiring a public adjuster if your claim is complicated, if you feel the insurance company’s offer is too low, or if you’re getting stonewalled on a legitimate claim. Revolve Construction has trusted public adjusters we partner with, and if we reach a point where we think an expert advocate could help, we will refer you to one (with no upfront cost). For example, if your claim is stalled or significantly undervalued even after our supplements and discussions, a PA can come in with a fresh set of eyes. They will do a detailed inspection, prepare their own estimate, and negotiate directly with the insurance on your behalf. PAs work on a contingency fee (a percentage of the claim), so they only get paid if they recover more money for you. We have seen cases where a public adjuster’s involvement resulted in significantly higher payouts – especially in complicated losses or large claims. We’ll let you know if we think your situation warrants this step. Your satisfaction and getting what you’re entitled to under your policy is our ultimate goal.

It can add some time, but often it’s worth it if large amounts of money are on the line. A public adjuster will likely re-inspect and then enter negotiations or appraisal with the insurance, which could add several weeks or more to the claim resolution. However, during that time we can often do temporary repairs or protect your home as needed. We’ll be transparent – if the initial insurance settlement is clearly insufficient to restore your home, it may be better to pursue additional funds rather than accept a low amount and have out-of-pocket costs. We’ll discuss the pros/cons with you. Often the delay is not extreme, and you end up in a much better position. Remember, the insurance claim process has timeframes: you won’t be left indefinitely – insurance companies have internal deadlines to respond to supplements or PA negotiations. And throughout this, we remain involved to ensure the building aspects are understood by all parties. So yes, it might take a bit longer with a PA or dispute, but you get one shot at the claim – it’s usually wise to make sure it’s done right.

An appraisal is a method of dispute resolution written into most insurance policies. If you and the insurance company disagree on the amount of the loss, either party can demand an appraisal. It’s sort of like arbitration. Here’s how it works: you hire an independent appraiser (not to be confused with a real estate appraiser – this is an insurance appraiser, often an experienced adjuster or contractor), and the insurance company also hires an appraiser. Those two appraisers then select a neutral umpire. They will review the scope of damage and the costs in dispute and attempt to reach an agreement. If the two appraisers can’t agree, the umpire steps in and a decision by any two of the three (either both appraisers or one appraiser + the umpire) is binding on both parties. Appraisal is only about the amount of loss, not about coverage – so it’s used when the insurance agrees something is covered but the pricing or extent is disputed. It can be a good alternative to a lawsuit because it’s usually faster and cheaper. Revolve Construction can assist you in the appraisal process by recommending qualified appraisers and providing all the documentation and estimates needed. We have gone through appraisals before on behalf of clients to successfully get higher settlements. Keep in mind, you still need to pay the appraiser you hire and usually split the umpire’s fee – but if the gap is large, it’s often worthwhile. We’ll guide you on if this route makes sense for your situation.

In the vast majority of cases, we can reach a fair settlement through the above means. However, if all else fails and you’re still being shorted on a clear covered loss, the last resort is legal action. This would involve hiring an attorney who specializes in insurance claims / bad-faith insurance cases. We can refer you to top property damage attorneys if it reaches that point. Sometimes just the threat of legal action will prompt a better offer from the insurer. If a lawsuit is filed, the timeline extends as it works through legal channels. As a contractor, our role in that scenario is to provide evidence, estimates, and expert testimony if needed to support your case. It’s rarely needed, but know that you do have that option as a policyholder if you’re treated unfairly. We make sure you’re aware of all your rights and options. Our hope, of course, is that we can avoid litigation and get your home restored without that stress. And indeed, most claims we handle do not require going to these lengths – but we will stand with you and help you find the right professionals if it ever does.

Generally, filing a claim for events like wind or hail damage (so-called “Act of God” perils) should not result in an individual rate increase or policy cancellation for you specifically. Insurance companies can’t raise your rate just because you used the coverage for something that’s not your fault. However, it is true that if a whole area has a high number of claims (like after a big storm), the insurance companies may adjust premiums for everyone in that region over time. But you personally shouldn’t be penalized for a legitimate claim. It’s a common concern homeowners have – they fear their rates will skyrocket. In our experience, if your roof is damaged and needs replacement via a claim, not fixing it could be worse (leaks, mold, etc., and you’re paying premiums for a reason). So we advise clients not to let fear of a premium change stop them from filing a claim when they have real damage. Always check with your insurance agent if you have a specific concern, but the norm is that weather-related claims don’t count against you like, say, auto accident claims might. Using your home insurance for what it’s intended (storm damage, etc.) is what it’s there for.

In an insurance claim scenario, you typically do not need multiple estimates the way you would for a non-insurance project. Insurance claims are settled based on the insurance adjuster’s assessment and industry-standard pricing guides (like Xactimate software which most contractors and insurers use). We will do the work for the insurance approved amount (plus your deductible), and if we feel something is underpaid, we negotiate that with the insurer via supplements, not by charging you more. So getting multiple bids won’t really change what the insurance will pay – it’s about making sure the scope is complete. Now, if this is not an insurance job (you’re paying out of pocket), you are certainly free to get multiple quotes. We believe our pricing is very fair for the quality and service we provide. We might not always be the absolute lowest bid, because we refuse to cut corners. We won’t compromise on things like using proper underlayment or permitting the job, for example. We will, however, gladly explain our estimate in detail and how it covers everything needed. If you do somehow get a significantly lower quote from a reputable competitor apples-to-apples, let’s talk – sometimes it could be a misunderstanding on scope. Our main aim is that you feel confident you’re getting top value. Remember, with insurance claims the goal is to restore your home fully to pre-loss condition; our job is to work with the insurer on price, so you don’t have to worry about “shopping around” in the traditional sense.

We handle all kinds of insurance restoration claims, not just storm. While roofing and exterior storm damage is a large part of our business, we also have experience with fire damage restoration (rebuilding structures after a fire, smoke remediation coordination), water damage restoration (from pipe bursts or interior floods), and other insurance-related repairs. We might work in tandem with specialist mitigation companies for things like water extraction or mold remediation, but once the site is dry/clean, we come in to rebuild and restore. We’ve acted as the general contractor for large fire rebuilds, coordinating everything from structural repairs to interior finishes. We’ve also dealt with things like vehicle impact (a car hits a house), vandalism claims, etc. So yes, if it’s damage that falls under a homeowner’s insurance policy, chances are we can help with the repairs and the claim process. Feel free to call us no matter what the incident – if it’s something outside our wheelhouse, we’ll let you know or refer a trusted partner, but in most cases we can take care of it.

Definitely reach out to us. If your claim was denied and you feel it was unjustified, we can offer a second opinion. Often, we might find damage that supports reopening the claim or filing an appeal. We can communicate with your insurer to request a reinspection (even if time has passed, you can usually reopen a claim within the statute of limitations/policy period for that loss). If the claim can’t be revived, we can also give you an estimate for doing the work out-of-pocket, and sometimes that can become leverage to get the insurance to reconsider (especially if multiple homeowners around you had claims approved). If you filed a claim and got a small check but never did the work, we can step in and finish the process – insurance claims typically don’t “expire” as long as you remain in communication; they want you to repair the damage. We’d verify with your insurer if the funds are still available and proceed accordingly. The key is, don’t be discouraged. We have helped many homeowners who initially heard “denied” or “not enough damage” and later got their roofs approved after our involvement. So, even if you’re late to the game or hit a snag, give us a call to review your situation.

When all the work is completed, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We don’t consider the job done until you are happy and sign off on the project. We will then provide you with a completion packet which includes any warranty information (for example, shingle manufacturer warranty registration, our workmanship warranty details), care and maintenance guidance, and documentation of the work done. We also submit the final invoice and completion certificate to your insurance company so they can release any remaining depreciation funds owed. After that, we address any final payments (e.g., your deductible if not already paid, or any supplements). But our relationship doesn’t end there – we’ll be around for any future needs. If you have questions or issues down the line, you can call us and we’ll take care of you. We value building lasting relationships with our clients, so think of that final walkthrough as not a goodbye, but a “welcome to the Revolve family, we’ve got your back going forward.”

Yes, we’re in this for the long haul. If you ever have a concern about something we repaired or notice something that doesn’t seem right, just call us. Our workmanship warranty means we’ll come out and fix any installation-related issues at no cost to you. Even beyond formal warranties, we aim to be your go-to contractor for life – so we’re happy to schedule future inspections (many customers have us come annually or bi-annually just to make sure everything is holding up, especially after big storms). We also keep records of the materials we used and work we performed, so if you ever need documentation (for example, when selling your home) we can provide that. Essentially, our service doesn’t stop when the project ends. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service before, during, and after a project. Our many repeat customers and referrals are a testament to that commitment.

Payments & Estimates

We strive to make paying for your project as convenient as possible. Revolve Construction accepts a variety of standard payment methods, including:

  • Checks:
Personal checks or business checks are accepted.
  • ACH/Bank Transfers:
We can provide routing and account information for direct bank payments if needed.
  • Zelle:
Quick and easy bank-to-bank transfers using our email or phone number.
  • CashApp:
If you prefer to pay via this mobile app, we have an account ready to receive funds.
  • Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders:
Often used for larger payments or when required by your bank.
  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe:
We offer a secure, Stripe-powered online payment system. You can pay invoices with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). We’ll send you a link where you can enter your card details securely.

Please note: For very large transactions, we may recommend using checks or ACH transfers to help avoid high processing fees—but the choice is yours. We do not accept cryptocurrency or non-standard forms of payment.

If you have any questions about payment methods, we’ll discuss them upfront to ensure everything is clear.

This can depend on the project and payment source. For insurance claim projects, the first insurance check (after you sign the contract) often serves as the “down payment.” In many cases, that initial insurance ACV payment and your deductible amount will be paid to us before or when we start the work – those funds allow us to purchase materials and get started. If it’s a non-insurance (cash) project of significant size, we typically ask for a deposit (for example, 1/3 of the project cost) at contract signing or shortly before beginning work, which secures your spot on our schedule and covers initial expenses. The remaining balance is then paid upon completion or in stages as outlined in the contract. For smaller repair jobs, we might not require any deposit and would simply invoice upon completion. We will clearly spell out the payment schedule in your contract so there are no surprises. And of course, we operate above-board: any deposit you pay is accounted for and applied to your project’s cost – we also carry proper licensing and bonding as required, which in some locales protects those deposits. If you have concerns about down payments, talk to us – the practice is standard in construction due to material costs, but we can often be flexible within reason.

Insurance companies will send claim checks typically to the homeowner (often made out to you and your mortgage company if you have a mortgage). They don’t pay contractors directly in most cases. So you, as the policyholder, receive the funds and then pay us. The process generally works like this: after the adjuster’s final report, you’ll get the initial check (minus depreciation and deductible). If a mortgage is involved, you’ll have to coordinate with your lender to get their endorsement on the check – we can assist with the paperwork they might require (like signing a contractor lien waiver or showing the contract). You then deposit that check and use those funds to pay us according to the contract schedule. Once work is done, the insurance sends the second/final check for depreciation (and any supplements) to you, and you then pay that to us to settle the balance. In summary, you pay us, and your insurance reimburses you, less your deductible. We will provide invoices and documentation as needed for you to submit to the insurance or mortgage company. We try to streamline this so you’re not stuck in the middle – often we’ll communicate with your mortgage company’s insurance claim department on your behalf to avoid delays. It sounds a bit convoluted, but we handle these all the time and will guide you step by step.

Yes, you can. We understand you might want to get reward points or simply prefer the convenience of a credit card. Through our Stripe payment system, you can pay any portion of your bill (including your deductible or any elective upgrades that aren’t covered by insurance) via credit or debit card . We’ll send you a secure invoice link where you can enter your card information. Stripe payments are encrypted and safe. Keep in mind, for very large amounts, sometimes cards have limits or the processing fee can be a factor – if it’s a particularly big charge, you might check with us if a small convenience fee applies (we try not to pass fees on, but on huge transactions it’s sometimes necessary to share cost). For normal deductiblesized payments, there’s typically no extra fee. We also accept other digital forms like Zelle or CashApp which often have no fees. So, yes – feel free to use whatever payment method is easiest for you, including plastic.

We do. As mentioned earlier, we have a financing option available for those who need some flexibility in paying for their project. We’ve partnered with financing providers that cater to home improvement loans. This means you can potentially get a same-as-cash financing period or a low-interest loan to pay for the work, and then you’d pay the lender back in installments. This is especially helpful if you have a large  deductible or if you’re doing an upgrade that insurance isn’t covering (like getting a better shingle or adding work beyond the claim). The application is typically online and decisions are often quick. We can assist you with the process. Additionally, for smaller balances or short-term needs, we might be able to arrange an inhouse payment agreement (like splitting your bill into two or three payments over a couple of months). We try to be accommodating because we know a new roof or extensive repairs aren’t always planned expenses. Just let us know and we’ll find a solution that works for you financially.

Yes, our inspections and estimates are completely free and come with no obligation. There’s no catch. We offer free inspections because it’s a service to the community and it gives us a chance to earn your trust. If after our inspection or estimate you decide not to proceed with us, that’s okay – you won’t be charged a penny. We rely on our thoroughness, honesty, and competitive pricing to win your business, not on any fees. The only time there might be a charge is if you request some kind of specialized inspection report or certification separate from an estimate (which is rare – for example, a bank-required roof certification letter might have a small fee), but general assessments for repair or replacement work are free. So, feel free to call us out just to take a look and give an expert opinion. We’ll diagnose any issues, explain your options, and provide an estimate. Then it’s up to you how you want to proceed.

Our estimates are very detailed – we use professional estimating software (the same kind many insurance companies use) to break down all the needed materials and tasks. You’ll see line items for each component of the job (for example: number of squares of shingles, linear feet of ridge vent, etc. for a roof; or squares of siding, number of windows, etc. for exterior jobs). This detailed line-item approach ensures nothing is overlooked and you can see exactly what you’re paying for . It also makes it easy to compare if you’re looking at multiple bids – though line items might differ if contractors plan different scopes. Additionally, for insurance jobs, this detail helps when working with the adjuster, since we speak their “language” of unit costs and such. We’ll also include any notes about particular work methods or special considerations in the estimate. And of course, we’re happy to walk you through it so you understand everything. Transparency is key – a detailed estimate protects you and us by defining the full scope clearly.

If there’s a discrepancy between our estimate and the insurance company’s initial estimate, that’s typically resolved through the supplement process rather than coming out of your pocket. In practice, we will talk to the insurer and show them our estimate, explaining any differences. Often, differences occur because of things like omitted items or local code requirements that the adjuster might not have included. We will negotiate those directly with the insurance on your behalf so that they approve the additional amounts. You as the homeowner should not have to pay beyond your deductible for covered damages just because two estimates didn’t initially match. The only caveat is if you choose to have upgrades or noncovered work done at the same time (for instance, “While you’re replacing my hail-damaged roof, I also want to add two skylights” – that skylight cost wouldn’t be in the insurance scope and would be your responsibility). But for apples-to-apples storm damage repairs, we make sure insurance pays their fair share. We essentially agree to do the work for insurance proceeds + deductible, and then we focus on maximizing what those insurance proceeds are by aligning their scope with reality. You don’t get stuck in the middle financially.

We strive to avoid any surprises. Our detailed scope and inspection upfront are designed to capture everything. The price in our contract is for the complete job as described. The only time costs would change is if you decide to add something or if we encounter a truly unforeseen issue that isn’t related to the covered damage. For example, if we open up a roof and discover old asbestos shingles under layers that couldn’t be seen, that’s a discussion point (and often an insurance supplement). Or if mid-project you say, “Actually, I’d like to also replace the siding on the back of the house,” that would be a change order for the new work scope you added. But we will never surprise you with costs for things that were in the original scope – those are fixed per the contract. Communication is key: if anything comes up, we talk to you immediately, explain the situation, and discuss options (and pricing) before proceeding. So, no, there shouldn’t be hidden costs. And we put that in writing.

It’s easy – you can call us at (314) 221-2428 during our business hours, or go to our website and fill out the “Get a Quote” or “Schedule Inspection” form . We just need a little basic info (your name, address, contact info, and a brief description of what you need). Our team will then reach out to confirm a convenient time to come by. We try to accommodate your schedule – we can often do inspections within a day or two of your request, weather permitting. If it’s an emergency (active leak, etc.), let us know and we’ll prioritize getting out there the same day. Once scheduled, one of our specialists will meet you at your property, and you can expect the visit to take maybe 30 minutes to an hour depending on what all you want looked at. After that, we usually turn around the estimate within a day or two (again, assuming it’s not an emergency situation – emergency tarping happens immediately). Basically, reach out and we’ll handle it from there.

Our service area is pretty broad (see the “Locations We Serve” section for details). If you’re within our listed communities or counties, we do not charge any trip fee – the inspection is free. If you’re farther out, in some cases we might still come for free if the job potential is significant. If it’s really far (like out of state or hours away, which typically we wouldn’t take on unless it’s a special project), we’d discuss options – but generally, within our Missouri/Illinois region, no fees. We believe in earning your business, not charging to just tell you what needs to be done. So, don’t hesitate to call even if you think you might be on the edge of our territory; chances are we’ll make it work.

Our primary service area is as listed for Missouri and Illinois. However, we do occasionally travel outside this radius for special projects – for example, large commercial jobs or for existing customers who may have properties farther away. We are also licensed in multiple states , so if you have a project in a nearby state (or another part of Missouri/Illinois not listed) and want us specifically to handle it, give us a call and we can discuss. For very distant projects, we have to consider the logistics, but we’re open to evaluating it on a case-by-case basis. In short: our heart is in the St. Louis and Southern IL region, but we won’t automatically say no if you’re outside of it – we’ll do our best to accommodate or at least refer you to a trusted contractor in your area. Your best bet is to reach out and ask.

Hiring & Careers

We’re excited that you’re interested in joining our team! To apply, the best place to start is our Careers page on our website. You can find it by navigating to our main site (revolve.construction) and clicking on “Career” under the About menu . There, we typically list available positions and provide an online application form. You’ll be able to submit your contact information, resume (if you have one), and any relevant experience or qualifications. If you prefer, you can also email your resume and a brief cover letter to our general email (info@revolve.construction) with the subject “Job Application.” Once we receive your application, our hiring team will review it and get in touch with next steps if we think it’s a potential fit.

We have a variety of roles that we hire for, both in the field and in the office. On the production side, positions include roofing crew members, siding installers, gutter technicians, and site supervisors/ project managers who oversee job sites. We also sometimes look for insurance claim specialists or estimators – people who have a knack for inspection and working with insurance adjusters. Additionally, we have roles in sales/business development (such as project consultants or sales representatives who meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and help them through the insurance process). On the office side, there may be roles like administrative assistants, schedulers, or customer service reps to help coordinate projects and communicate with clients. We’re a growing company (currently over 20 full-time employees and expanding ), so we love finding talented individuals in all areas: from skilled tradespeople to those just starting out and willing to learn.

It certainly helps for certain positions, but it’s not always a strict requirement. For labor positions like roofers or siding installers, we do prefer candidates with some experience in that trade – however, we also have entry-level spots where we’re willing to train someone who shows good work ethic and willingness to learn. For sales or project management roles related to insurance claims, experience in roofing, restoration, or insurance adjusting is a big plus because there’s a lot to learn. That said, if you have a strong sales background or construction knowledge and are a quick study, we can train you on the specifics of insurance and our process. Our company culture values continuous learning – “Never stop learning” is something we believe in – so we often invest time in training our team . In short, don’t be afraid to apply even if you’re relatively new to the industry. Let us know what skills you do bring (maybe you have great customer service skills, or you’re super handy, etc.), and we’ll see if there’s a spot where you could fit and grow.

We like to think we have a family-like, supportive work environment. Being a locally-owned company, every team member’s contribution is noticed and valued. The pace can be fast – especially after a big storm when we’re all hands on deck helping customers – but we also keep it fun and rewarding. Our leadership believes in striving for better work and having fun while you do it . Safety is a priority on our job sites, and we provide proper equipment and training for our crews. In the office, we use modern tools (we’re pretty tech-forward for a construction company, using software like our CRM, project management apps, etc. as noted in our summary ). You’ll find that we emphasize teamwork: field staff and office staff coordinate closely, and we have regular meetings to keep everyone in sync. We also encourage ongoing training – whether it’s product certification courses or in-house skill workshops. And of course, we celebrate our successes, big and small (it’s not uncommon to have a team BBQ after a long week or to recognize a job  that went exceptionally well). Our goal is an environment where you can build a career, not just have a job. Many of our key people have grown with us for years.

Yes, we do. For field roles, we often pair up less experienced workers with veteran crew members as a form of on-the-job training. If you’re coming in as a roofing helper, for example, you’ll learn directly under an experienced roofer about everything from tear-off to shingling techniques to cleanup, and gradually take on more. We also sometimes have more formal training sessions – like if we become certified in a new product line, we’ll have the manufacturer come in and do a training for our whole team. For roles like sales or project management, training will involve shadowing experienced staff as they do inspections, meet with adjusters, and prepare estimates. We have internal training documents and scripts (especially for storm response and customer interaction) that new hires study . Additionally, we encourage our staff to get relevant certifications (like HAAG certification for roof inspectors, or CertainTeed ShingleMaster, etc.), and we can help facilitate those. The bottom line: if you’re willing to put in the effort to learn, we’re willing to teach you. The more skilled you become, the better it is for you and us.

We do occasionally hire storm damage sales representatives, sometimes known as canvassers or “door knockers,” especially after significant weather events. In fact, we have recruited door knockers post-storm via various channels in the past . These team members go out to neighborhoods impacted by storms to offer free inspections and help homeowners become aware of damage. If you’re an outgoing person who’s not afraid to knock on doors and you genuinely want to help people with their storm claims, this could be a role for you. We provide training on how to approach homeowners professionally, how to identify damage, and how to explain the insurance process. We even have custom call scripts and territory management plans for our canvassing teams . The position is often commission-based or has performance incentives, and it can be a great opportunity for someone willing to work hard. Keep an eye on our Careers page or reach out if you’re interested in this kind of role, especially during storm season.

Our core production team consists of W-2 employees – we believe in investing in our own crew and maintaining quality control (no subcontracting for core services) . That said, there are times we might subcontract specialized tasks or peak workload jobs to trusted partners. For example, if we needed an extra gutter crew during a very busy week, we might subcontract that out to a vetted gutter specialist. Or if an interior portion of a job requires a licensed plumber or electrician, we subcontract those specific portions to licensed tradespeople. But for hiring inquiries, if you’re a tradesperson or crew, we’re more likely to bring you on as an employee or long-term team member rather than a one-off subcontractor relationship. We value a consistent team culture and standard. If you are a subcontractor crew and want to work with us, you can certainly reach out and we can discuss during high volume times, but generally we lean toward in-house talent.

We offer a range of benefits and incentives to our team. Full-time employees have access to benefits such as health insurance options, and we offer competitive pay (base pay plus performance-based bonuses or commissions where applicable, like for sales roles). We also provide paid training and certification opportunities – if you earn a new certification that helps our business (and your career), we often cover the costs. Our work environment is supportive and team-oriented, which in itself is a benefit – many of our staff mention the positive team spirit in employee feedback. There’s room for advancement as  we grow; we love to promote from within. Additionally, we sometimes have company social events or rewards (for example, if we hit a big goal, maybe a team dinner or tickets to a game, etc.). Details on formal benefits like retirement plans or paid time off can be provided during the hiring process, as they can evolve. But in essence, we aim to provide not just a paycheck but a fulfilling career path with a company that treats you fairly and appreciates your hard work.

After you apply (online or via email), our hiring team will review your submission. If your qualifications and experience seem like a good fit for an available position, we will reach out to schedule an interview. The interview might be a phone screening initially, followed by an in-person (or video) interview with our management. Depending on the role, we might ask you to do a brief skills demonstration (for example, identifying something on a roof diagram, or a role-play of talking to a customer, etc.), but nothing too intense – mostly we want to get to know you and see if it’s a mutual fit. If all goes well, we’d then discuss an offer including pay and start date. If you don’t hear back immediately, it could be because the position was filled or we’re keeping your resume on file for the next opening – but you are always welcome to follow up via email or phone to inquire about the status of your application. We try to respond to all candidates, but during very busy times (like after a big storm) we might be slower to get back. Rest assured, we appreciate every applicant’s interest.

Yes, absolutely. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We value diversity in our team – different backgrounds and experiences bring new ideas and perspectives that make us better. Our hiring and employment practices are designed to be fair and inclusive. We simply look for the best people for the job who are committed to our mission of excellent service and quality construction. If you have the right attitude and aptitude, you’ll be welcome here.

You’re welcome to reach out for more info! The best initial step is to call our main number and mention you’re interested in employment – you’ll be directed to our HR or hiring manager. They can answer questions and possibly set up a time to meet. While our office at 7601 River Walk Ct is our headquarters, we do prefer to know you’re coming if it’s about a job inquiry (just so the right person is available to speak with you). If you happen to be in the area, you can drop in and let us know you’re interested in applying – we’ll provide you with the info to apply online or take your details. But scheduling a quick meeting or call is usually more effective. We also sometimes participate in local job fairs or community events, so keep an eye out for Revolve Construction there. We’re approachable – don’t hesitate to get in touch about joining our team!

Roofing Maintenance and Gutter Cleaning

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) recommends inspecting and maintaining your roof at least twice a year – typically in the spring and fall¹. During these biannual check-ups, remove leaves, pine needles, and other debris from gutters and downspouts to prevent clogs and water damage.

At the same time, inspect your shingles, flashing, chimneys, and vent pipes for any signs of damage or gaps. It’s also smart to check your attic or ceilings for water stains that might indicate a hidden leak. In addition, after major storms (especially hail or high winds), you should perform a quick inspection or call a professional to ensure no new damage has occurred.

A Revolve Construction team member clears leaves and debris from a gutter during a routine maintenance check. Keeping gutters clean ensures rainwater drains properly and helps prevent roof and fascia damage.

For ongoing roof care, here are some best practices:

Trim overhanging tree branches:
Branches rubbing or falling on the roof can damage shingles, and overhanging limbs drop leaves that clog gutters. Trimming them back can prevent shingle damage and reduce debris buildup (as noted by FEMA).

Keep gutters and drains clear:
Clogged gutters can cause water to back up under your roofing or overflow near your foundation. Clean gutters at least every spring and fall (and more often if you have lots of trees). This helps avoid ice dams in winter and prevents water intrusion year-round¹.

Look for damage or wear:
During your inspections, look for cracked, curled, or missing shingles; rusted or loose flashing; and excess granules from shingles accumulating in gutters. Catching these issues early can allow for small repairs before they turn into big problems.

Stay safe or hire a pro:
If you inspect the roof yourself, use a securely braced ladder and stay off the roof whenever possible (for safety, and to avoid causing damage). Never walk on a wet or steep roof without proper equipment. When in doubt, hire a professional roofing contractor for an inspection or maintenance service. Remember that a well-maintained roof can last up to twice as long as a neglected one, saving you money in the long run.

Friendly note: Revolve Construction is happy to help with your roof upkeep. We offer free roof inspections and can set up a preventative maintenance plan to spot issues early. By following a regular maintenance schedule and keeping your gutters clean, you’ll protect your property and maximize the lifespan of your roof.

Roofing Material Comparisons and Recommendation

Choosing the right roofing material depends on your goals for durability, appearance, and budget. Revolve Construction installs a range of premium materials. Here’s a comparison of key options and our recommendations:

Brava Composite Tile (Synthetic Roofing)

We highly recommend Brava, a brand of advanced composite roofing tiles known for exceptional durability and beauty. Brava’s products are made from a synthetic blend that mimics classic materials like slate, cedar shake, or Spanish tile. They carry a Class 4 impact rating (the highest hail resistance), meaning they can withstand heavy hail strikes without damage. Brava tiles are also rated for very high winds (laboratory tested to endure hurricane-force gusts). They won’t crack or break like clay or concrete can – in fact, the composite material is so tough that virtually no tiles get broken in shipping or installation, a common issue with more brittle materials. Longevity is a major plus: Brava offers an extended 50-year limited warranty on its tiles, and the tiles are engineered to resist color fading from UV exposure, so your roof’s color stays vibrant for decades.

In short, Brava combines the elegant look of high-end roofing with modern performance – it’s an excellent choice for homeowners seeking long-term value, especially in storm-prone areas. (Revolve is proud to be experienced with Brava installations, given their superior track record.)

Other Composite & Synthetic Slate

Aside from Brava, there are other synthetic slate and shake products (made from rubber, polymers, or resin blends) that aim to replicate natural roofing materials. Like Brava, these composite slates are typically much lighter than real stone and do not require the heavy structural support that natural slate does. They often come with Class 4 impact ratings and long warranties (30–50 years common), making them very durable and low maintenance.

A good synthetic slate will not rot or delaminate, and it avoids issues natural slate can have (such as random cracking or difficulty finding replacement tiles). If you love the look of slate or cedar but want to avoid the frequent maintenance and fragility of the natural versions, a high-quality synthetic is a fantastic option. Revolve often recommends these products (with Brava being a prime example) for homeowners who want premium aesthetics with peace of mind in harsh weather.

Concrete Tile

Concrete roof tiles are a traditional choice, especially in warmer climates and for Spanish or Mediterranean-style architecture. They are made from molded concrete and can be shaped and colored to resemble clay tiles or even wood shakes.

Performance: Concrete tiles are non-combustible (great for fire resistance) and can last 50 years or more with proper care. They are also quite wind-resistant and can handle severe weather – many concrete tile products are tested to resist hail up to 2 inches in diameter. However, concrete tiles are very heavy, often requiring reinforced roof framing to support their weight. They can crack if struck by very large hail or by improper foot traffic on the roof.

Maintenance: Concrete tiles themselves require little maintenance (they don’t rot or rust), but the color on some older concrete tiles may fade gradually over decades as the surface pigment wears. Newer concrete tiles use long-lasting pigments and even integral color technology to reduce fading.

If aesthetics and durability are desired and your home can support the weight, concrete tile is a solid choice. Just be mindful that in extreme-hail regions, impact damage (cracking) is possible, and repairs involve replacing the affected tiles.

Natural Slate

True slate roofing is the gold standard for longevity and classic beauty. Slate is a type of stone, and a professionally installed slate roof exudes elegance and can last 100 years or more. Many historic buildings still have their original slate roofs.

Slate is also very dense and highly fire resistant, and it doesn’t fade under UV light. That said, natural slate is one of the heaviest roofing materials – a slate roof can weigh several times more than an asphalt shingle roof, so your roof structure must be able to handle it (often special structural reinforcement is required).

In terms of durability, slate itself isn’t much affected by normal weather, but it can chip or crack if impacted by large hail or falling branches. If a slate tile does crack, that individual piece would need to be replaced to maintain the roof’s integrity.

Natural slate is also among the most expensive roofing options, both in material and installation labor (it requires skilled slate installers). We typically recommend slate for homeowners who are looking for timeless aesthetics and are prepared for the upfront investment. For those who want the look of slate without the weight or cost, that’s where synthetic options like Brava come in as an excellent alternative.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofs are popular for their sleek look and longevity. Common metal roofing materials include steel (galvanized or galvalume), aluminum, and copper.

Performance: A properly installed metal roof can easily last 40–50+ years, making it longer-lived than standard asphalt shingles. Metal is extremely fire-resistant and handles heavy rain, snow, and wind very well (many metal roofs are rated for high winds). It’s also lightweight relative to tile or slate. Metal panels tend to shed snow and rain efficiently, and special coatings can make them highly reflective to reduce cooling costs in summer.

One drawback, however, is hail: while metal roofing will not typically be punctured by hail, it can get cosmetic dents from large hailstones. In areas with frequent large hail, these dents might be a concern (they don’t usually affect the waterproofing, but they can mar the appearance, and insurance may not cover purely cosmetic damage).

Additionally, metal roofs can be a bit noisier in heavy rain or hail if not installed with proper underlayment or insulation, though most homeowners find the sound acceptable or even cozy. We often recommend metal roofing for its durability, especially in regions without extreme hail. It’s great for modern or farmhouse aesthetics and requires very little maintenance (aside from an occasional check on fasteners and sealants). In high-hail areas, we would discuss other options or ensure the metal chosen has a heavier gauge or textured finish to better mask any denting.

Summary

For most homeowners looking for the best all-around performance, we often suggest composite/synthetic tiles (like Brava) for their blend of longevity, impact resistance, and beauty. If you have a specific look in mind or certain climate considerations, we’ll tailor our recommendation:
• Natural slate for unmatched lifespan (if budget allows)
• Concrete tile for classic styles in the right structure
• Metal for a sleek, long-lasting roof in the appropriate environment

We’re here to walk you through the pros and cons of each material, so you get a roof that you’ll love and that will protect your home for decades.

Post-Project Support and Warranties

Warranty & Long-Term Support

We stand behind our work 100%. Revolve Construction provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on all our installations – meaning if there’s ever an issue caused by how we installed the roof, we will fix it at no cost to you. This installation warranty gives you peace of mind that our quality craftsmanship is guaranteed for the life of your roof.

In addition, you’ll have manufacturer warranties on the roofing products themselves. Manufacturer (product) warranties are provided by the material makers (shingle manufacturers, tile producers, etc.), and they cover any defects or premature failures in the roofing materials. For example, if a batch of shingles was faulty and causes your roof to age or fail faster than it should, the manufacturer’s warranty would cover replacement of the defective materials.

Many premium products we install come with long-term or “lifetime” material warranties (often defined as 30–50+ years of coverage, sometimes prorated over time). We will provide you with all the documentation for your product warranties and register them as needed after the project is complete.

What Warranties Cover – and What They Don’t

It’s important to understand what warranties do and don’t cover. A manufacturer’s warranty covers issues with the product itself, not external factors. Likewise, our workmanship warranty covers installation-related problems (like a flashing that wasn’t sealed correctly causing a leak).

Not covered by warranties:

  • Storm damage (hail, high winds, lightning)

  • Falling tree limbs or other acts of nature

  • Regular wear-and-tear

  • Lack of maintenance (e.g., clogged drains left unchecked)

Those types of issues are typically handled by homeowner’s insurance. That said, modern roofing materials are very durable, and true defects are rare. Because Revolve uses quality products and installs them to manufacturer specifications, you get the dual protection of product warranty and our lifetime labor warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In the unlikely event you notice a problem with your roof, just give us a call. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly.

  • If it’s covered by our workmanship guarantee, we’ll fix it right away.

  • If it appears to be a product defect (e.g., shingles deteriorating abnormally early), we’ll help you initiate a manufacturer warranty claim.

The process usually involves:

  • Documenting the issue (photos, descriptions)

  • Submitting a claim to the manufacturer (often through us as the certified installer)

We’ll guide you through every step and work with the manufacturer to get any replacement materials or repairs covered. Save your invoices and warranty documents for reference – but don’t worry, we maintain records of all our projects and can assist with any paperwork.

Our Commitment Doesn’t End After Installation

Our goal is to make sure your roof performs as promised, and we’re here to support you long after the project is finished. Revolve Construction takes pride in our customer service, so you can expect prompt, professional support for any post-project questions or concerns.

Summary

You receive:

  • A lifetime installation warranty from Revolve (covering our workmanship)

  • The manufacturer’s product warranty (length and terms vary – e.g., 50-year limited for composites, “lifetime” for many asphalt shingles)

We will explain all warranty details for your specific roof before we start the job, so you know exactly what’s covered. After installation, we remain just a phone call away – whether you need an adjustment, have a warranty question, or even just want us to check something on your roof years down the line.

Your roof is a long-term investment – and our commitment to you is long-term as well.

Residential vs. Commercial Roofing Services

Residential vs. Commercial Roofing: Key Differences

Residential and commercial roofs both serve the same basic purpose – protecting the building – but they differ greatly in design, materials, installation methods, and maintenance. Revolve Construction is experienced in both, and we tailor our approach based on the project type. Here’s a breakdown of the major differences:

1. Roof Design & Slope

  • Residential Roofs
Most homes have steep-slope (pitched) roofs. These feature multiple facets, peaks, and valleys – not just for visual appeal, but also to shed rain and snow efficiently. Residential roofs are usually smaller in total size and contribute significantly to a home’s curb appeal.

  • Commercial Roofs
Most commercial buildings (e.g., shopping centers, offices) have low-slope or flat roofs. These designs allow room for HVAC units, solar panels, and other rooftop equipment. Though they appear flat, they are built with a slight pitch for proper drainage. Structurally, commercial roofs may be built on steel or concrete deck systems, unlike homes which rely on wood trusses or rafters.

*In essence, residential roofs are an architectural feature; commercial roofs are designed for practicality and functionality.

2. Materials Used

  • Residential Roofing Materials:

    • Asphalt shingles (most common)

    • Wood shakes/shingles

    • Metal panels or shingles

    • Clay or concrete tiles

    • Slate

These are available in many styles and colors to match your home’s aesthetic.

  • Commercial Roofing Materials:

    • Single-ply membranes: TPO, EPDM rubber

    • Multi-ply systems: Modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR)

    • Spray polyurethane foam (SPF)

    • Roof coatings

    • Standing-seam metal panels (on visible sloped areas)

*Home materials prioritize aesthetics and sloped performance; commercial materials focus on flat-roof waterproofing and durability.

3. Installation Techniques & Challenges

  • Residential Installations:
Typically completed in 1–2 days by a small crew (4–6 people). Handheld tools like nail guns and hammers are commonly used. These projects are more straightforward, with fewer logistical hurdles.

  • Commercial Installations:
Can take several weeks depending on size and complexity. Flat roof installations often involve:

    • Hot-air welding tools (e.g., for TPO seams)

    • Cranes for rooftop HVAC units

    • Large membrane rolls and adhesive application

    • Advanced drainage design

    • Enhanced safety protocols (e.g., fall protection, safety monitors)

*Revolve’s crews are trained for both residential and commercial applications, using the right tools, techniques, and safety procedures for every job.

4. Maintenance & Life Cycle

  • Residential Maintenance:
Usually includes periodic gutter cleaning, visual inspections, and an optional annual inspection by Revolve. Homeowners may go years without major issues if regular upkeep is done.

  • Commercial Maintenance:
Requires scheduled inspections (spring and fall recommended by the NRCA). Property managers often set up professional maintenance programs to check:

    • Membranes and seams

    • Flashings and penetrations

    • Drainage systems

Some manufacturers require documented maintenance to maintain warranty validity.

  • Lifespan Comparison:

    • Residential (e.g., architectural shingles): ~25–30 years

    • Commercial (e.g., TPO, EPDM): ~20–30 years

Both can exceed these averages with proper care.

*Revolve offers maintenance plans for both homes and commercial buildings, helping to catch problems early and extend roof life.

5. Aesthetics & Functional Priorities

  • Residential Focus:
Looks matter. Homeowners often select roofing based on style, color, and texture to enhance curb appeal and property value. We offer a wide selection to match any home design.

  • Commercial Focus:
Priorities are functionality, longevity, and cost-efficiency. These roofs are rarely visible from the street, so looks are less important than performance – e.g., leak resistance, energy efficiency, and minimal maintenance.

That said, some commercial projects do incorporate visible sloped or metal elements where aesthetics matter (e.g., retail storefronts).

Function over form defines most commercial roofs, while homes balance protection with appearance.

Summary

Residential roofing features pitched, attractive designs using materials like shingles, tile, or metal to complement the home’s style. Commercial roofing, by contrast, focuses on low-slope systems designed for durability and weatherproofing across large areas using specialized membranes or panels.

Revolve Construction has dedicated teams for both types of roofing. Whether you’re a homeowner seeking beauty and reliability or a property manager prioritizing longevity and performance, we provide expert service tailored to your needs.
